Refund policy

Why a £49 Restocking Fee?

The restocking charge is necessary to cover part of the costs associated with returned goods (£49 fee is applied to cover a fraction of these expenses), which include:

  • Shipping and processing at our warehouse.
  • Full inspection and quality control to confirm resale eligibility.
  • Cleaning, sanitation, and packaging restoration.
  • Reintegrating the product into inventory for resale.

Exchange Option (One-Time Policy)

As an alternative to the restocking fee, we may offer a one-time product exchange, provided that:

  • The replacement item has a minimum value of £200.
  • If the replacement item is more expensive, the customer covers the difference.
  • If the replacement item is cheaper, the difference will be refunded.
